This can be done by calming your mind whilst you are sitting in meditation and also learning how to calm your mind (be mindful) while you are going through your day.
I offer both in-person classes on the Central Coast, mainly Umina Beach and Gosford, as well as online meditation sessions where you can join me from the comfort of your own home.
I chose to offer online meditation classes not only for those interstate, but also for the people who are unwell or have anxiety are unable to consistently leave the house to attend group classes.
I am a trained Buddhist meditation teacher through the Tibetan Buddhist Society of Canberra and regularly attend Buddhist retreats and teachings to keep my skills up.
As well as my courses and classes listed here, you'll also find me teaching classes for Mindfulness Works Australia & NZ, the Sydney Institute of Meditation & Mindfulness and Umina Beach Yoga.
I am also an Associate Member of Meditation Australia and certified in Training and Assessment Cert IV, so you know that you're in professional hands.
