Even as a meditation teacher I still have a supportive group, which in Buddhism we call Sangha, whom I meet with over Zoom and in person regularly to keep up my practice, motivation and connection.

I also connect with other spiritual teachers and friends and learn from them. 

Connection, support and feeding our mind with inspirational teachings is important for our growth.
 

The problem is that often when we're feeling overwhelmed and stressed or when our life is in crisis we forget to use the tools that we know will help us move through the challenges more gracefully.

The first thing to go is usually our mindfulness practice, along with exercise and healthy eating.

Our journey to enlightenment

Did you know the Buddha gained enlightenment after meditating under the Bodhi (fig) tree for six years?

 

Enlightenment means he is able to see the truth in all things and not let the challenges and tribulations of life disturb his peace or lose focus.

What's involved

MAIN PROGRAM

Seed of Mindfulness - the main program which everyone gets to participate in.

Mindfully Aware – Group Zoom live session – 60-90 minutes each fortnight includes: 

  • Hot seat – have your burning question answered to help you navigate through what’s challenging your peace right now. It can be related to your meditation or mindfulness practices or life in general.
  • Be inspired by the mindfulness and metaphysics information that's shared by Nat as part of this discussion
  • Accountability check-in and reflection

  • Support & encouragement from your peers

  • 20-30 min guided group meditation

  • If you can't make it live the session will be recorded and emailed to you

  • Usually held on a Monday at 7pm, however, the group is consulted and if that time doesn't work then we can rotate to another day and time
