Monthly Meditation Group in Gosford & on Zoom

October topic - The Art of Appreciation & Abundance.

I was inspired to choose this topic after my last meditation group session, where a few of the participants said how much appreication helped them to reconsider an issue they were having letting go of.

Join me and connect with like-minded people on the 3rdThursday of each month to explore how mindfulness can help improve your life and allow you to feel calm, clear-minded, and cheerful.

Each class includes a discussion on the monthly topic, a guided meditation and an opportunity to ask me for advice on how mindfulness can help your situation.
