Beyond Pain Mindful Masterclass
Grief, poor health and chronic pain are consuming; it takes over your thoughts, your energy and your happiness, making you feel angry and hopeless.
Mindfulness has been shown to be a powerful practice to reduce the stress and mental and emotional trauma surrounding many forms of grief, poor health and chronic pain.
During this session of Beyond Pain, Nat will empower you to explore your pain in a way that’s gentle, compassionate and light-hearted. Learn to relate to your pain in a way that you may not have thought possible, that provides you with the emotional freedom to live Beyond Pain.
