About the Event

Mastering self-love is about empowering yourself to wholeheartedly know what's right for you, what you need and what you will accept in any situation.

It's about recognising those judgemental, disempowering thoughts that you have about not being good enough, pretty enough, or smart enough and transforming them so that you can see that great things that are happening in your life right now.

Mastering self-love is about reconnecting with your body, loving and appreciating your body for what it enables you to do, not what you see is missing.

It's about reconnecting with your heart and learning to trust, let go and forgive yourself or others for any hurts.

It's about loving and accepting every aspect of your life, warts and all.

It's about learning to live in the present moment and be grateful for the wonderful things around us.

Most importantly, mastering self-love is about mastering your emotions - learning to recognise and prioritise your own needs, putting yourself first in a way that nurtures and strengthens your relationships so that you feel good about yourself.

Our body and mind are so intrinsically connected that our cells hear our thoughts. If you'd like your cells to be hearing more nurturing and loving thoughts, and if you're ready to step into your new happy, healthy and successful life, then Mastering Self-Love is for you.

Join me in this Mindful Masterclass as I take you on a journey of self-discovery where you'll uncover:

- An understanding of self-love from an East meets West perspective - a mix of Buddhism and neuroscience 

- The very tools and techniques I use to master self-love - so that no matter what challenges are happening around you, you can see the love and beauty that surrounds you

- A guided meditation to gently connect with your body and soul and feel genuine self-love

- A mini guidebook to help you on your self-love journey
