This program is ongoing and you can join at anytime for 3 months and includes FREE access to all of the Masterclasses I hold during your membership. I usually hold 2-3 per term. 

If you're reading this then you know that mindfulness is a powerful tool to have, but sometimes we all need a helping hand to keep up the momentum and watch those life-enhancing results come in.

Even as a meditation teacher I still have a supportive group, which in Buddhism we call Sangha, whom I meet with over Zoom reglurly to keep up my practice, motivation and connection.

The problem is that often when we're feeling overwhelmed and stressed or when our life is in crisis we forget to use the tools that we know will help us move through the challenges more gracefully.

The first thing to go is usually our mindfulness practice, along with exercise and healthy eating.

How much easier would your life be if you had hand-holding support and be guided to use simple mindfulness strategies to overcome the challenges you’re facing and be more present?

These are tools that you can come back to again and again to help you live a more fulfilling, meaningful and calm life.

If you've completed a meditation and mindfulness course with me or if you already have some understanding of how to meditate then this program is for you.

​Mind Your Mind Program Highlights

  • Be encouraged and inspired to keep momentum with regular meditation & mindfulness practices.

  • Be held accountable and kept motivated with practice sheets and weekly check-ins in the private Facebook group.

  • Have direct access to ask your burning questions to Nat on fortnightly Mindfully Aware group support calls.

  • Join in on one of the weekly meditation practices. All are on Zoom and some in person in Gosford and Umina.

  • Be supported by other like-minded people and make friendships with people who are going through the same life experiences as you are.

  • Gain inspiration with a mix of Buddhist wisdom and nuero-science and have your metaphysics (chakras) questions answered, and

  • For those who want to work with Nat more closely, you have the opportunity to rise above your biggest challenges and delve into metaphysics to uncover and shift the hidden messages your body is holding on to.

Subscription plans available to join for 3 or 6 months. 

Our first class kicks off on Monday 15 Jan at 7pm

The next class is scheduled for Monday 29 Jan

You then get FREE access to the New Year New You Masterclass to help let go of 2023 and create a  calm and cheerful 2024.

We'll then check in with members and see which weeknights best suit everyone for classes. They don't all have to be Monday nights
