Wellness with Nat Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Wellness with Nat product purchase.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, then upon presentation of your product with proof of purchase, you are welcome to return the item to us within 10 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original saleable condition. Refunds will not be given for change of mind.
In the event that your product is faulty, does not match its description or perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method or store credit will be awarded. There is no refund or exchange on sale items.
Please note that all tea blends are sold as a fun way to enjoy are cup of tea and are not medically tested. The tea is not guaranteed to make you feel better or heal you. Mindfully enjoying your cup of tea and saying the affirmations is a nice and healthy way to give some time back to yourself.
How do I return something?
Purchases can be returned via post or in person if in Canberra. If returning via post, please package the item securely and post to the address below. Please note that we do not cover return postage costs, however if you paid for postage in your original order, it will be refunded along with the purchase price. When the item has been returned to us and confirmed it is faulty and in its original condition, we will arrange for the total price to be refunded into your account.
