Nat created this tea at the request of one of her clients to help them manage the symptoms of Leaky Gut Syndrome. The testing round proved so positive with customers that it's now on available to all :)


When the gut is “leaky” and bacteria and toxins enter the bloodstream, it can cause widespread inflammation and possibly trigger a reaction from the immune system.  More info on Leaky Gut Syndrome can be found here


Herbs used in this blend have traditionally been used to assist reduce the symptoms of leaky gut syndrome as well as:

  • May assist to heal the stomach lining to prevent bacteria and toxins from leaking from your gut into your blood stream
  • May assist with bloating, food sensitivities, fatigue, digestive issues and skin problems
  • May soothe digestion
  • May reduce mood swings

Shake or scoop from the bottom of the packet to ensure you get a mix of the different herbs in each cup.

  • 1 heaped tsp tea leaves
  • 250ml water at 100 degrees (usually this means you boil your kettle and then wait a few minutes before you pour)
  • Brew 3-5 minutes
  • If sweet things take your fancy add some honey.
  • If brewing in a tea pot, add one tsp of tea leaves for each cup that the tea pot makes plus an extra spoon for a richer brew.
  • These leaves are such good quality that they can be used twice and still have the same health benefits and not compromise on taste.
  • The longer you brew the leaves the more qualities seep into
